A Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. This includes resolving hardware issues, flashing and updating software, replacing components, and ensuring optimal device performance. Mobile Technicians work in service centers, claim centers, or retail environments and may also provide customer support related to mobile device functionality.

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot malfunctioning mobile phones and electronic devices.
• Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery swaps, charging port soldering, and motherboard repairs.
• Install and update mobile software, firmware, and applications as needed.
• Identify and resolve software-related issues including boot loops, app crashes, and system errors.
• Ensure all repaired devices pass quality control before handing over to customers.
• Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs.
• Maintain organized records of all repairs and inventory of parts.
• Assist walk-in customers by diagnosing device issues and recommending repair solutions.
