From May 14th to May 31st, 2018, I worked as an assistant manager (telesales and online sales) in Orient Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd.'s sales and marketing department, reporting to the Head of Marketing. As an employee, I was able to build a strong Telesales team from the ground up, particularly in the home appliances industry, where I established Pakistan's first telesales department, which will be remembered for significantly increasing business volumes and providing a more satisfying customer experience.
I worked as a "Brand Manager (Gibs & Gold Collection)" in the Sales & Marketing Department from February 20, 2020, to March 31, 2021.The credit for taking many initiatives, but particularly establishing the "Customer Care Department (CCD)" in SM Foods, which has always been remembered for resulting in a significant increase in business volumes.
Currently I have been working for Jazz (PMCL) for the past 3.6 years, and thanks to God, I have maintained the number one position in my zone, the top three in the region, and the top ten nationwide to date. I have received the national champion award twice during my tenure, and I am on track to receive another at the end of this year as a result of my dedication and commitment to meeting my management and organization's requirements.
