- Review of mutual funds' portfolio, their threshold limits, bank reconciliations and projected cash flows on daily basis.
- Post mode user of Central Depository System and National Clearing Settlement System for marking the securities to counter parties against trades after ensuring Delivery versus Payment mechanism.
- Coordinating with AMCs for the implementation of AMC module of FMS.
- Compliance of Non Banking Finance Companies Rules & Regulations, trust deeds, offering documents.
- Issuance of Trustee Reports required being included in half yearly and annual reports of mutual funds.

- Reviewing of Trust Deed and Offering Document in accordance with the NBFC Rules, Regulation and SECP’s updated guidelines.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors and furnishing the documentation requirements for fulfilling their tasks.
- Ensuring the control of all the property of the Open End Scheme, Closed End Scheme and Pension Funds and hold it in trust for the unit or certificate holders or participants in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and the provisions of the Constitutive Documents.
- Ensure that the investment and borrowing limitations set out in the Regulations and the Constitutive Documents are complied with.
- Ensure that the Asset Management Company has been diligent in appointing brokers to avoid undue concentration of business with any broker.
- Reporting to the Commission if any action of the Asset Management Company contravenes the Ordinance, the Rules, these Regulations, Constitutive Documents, guidelines, codes, circulars, directives or any other applicable laws.
