It was four weeks rotation here to observe the patient in different setting mainly including pediatric and surgical units. I observed the treatment and different procedures. It was before the start of my internship.

• Three months rotation in General Medicine .
• Three months rotation in Neurology .
• Three months rotation in General Surgery .
• Three months rotation in Otorhinolaryngology .

It includes the managing the patient in outdoor patient department, indoor and managing the surgical and medical emergencies which includes the minor surgical procedure to major surgeries .I was also engaged to manage medical emergencies like myocardial infarction , cerebrovascular accident . It was supervised by seniors and consultants. It was included in my duties to do some procedure independently like IV cannulation , blood sampling , blood culture , ecg ,urinary catheterization . I have also assisted pluerocentesis , aminocentesis, passing CVP lines and lumber puncture.

Here I was under supervision of consultant pediatrician to manage the patient in pediatric ward and neonatal nursery . I learned about how to operate different equipment present in nursery like incubator , baby warmer and syringe driver .Handling neonates and managing the toddlers was my main stay of learning.

I started here as a medical officer in pediatric department under the supervision of consultant pediatricians. There was proper indoor ward , outpatient clinic , and neonatal nursery . I was involved in managing patient in all these setups. During this period I was also involved in the caring and handling of COVID-19 patients .I was deputed to trace and take the sample of suspected case of COVID-19.

I was deputed in medicine ward under medical specialist. Here I was involved in managing the adult patient in medical indoor ward and assisted the outpatient clinic . I was engaged in doing different procedure including amino and pluerocentesis , blood culture and venipuncture.

I was deputed in emergency department of Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Kharian, under the supervision of consultant orthopedic surgeon and medical specialist. Here we mange the all type of medical and surgical emergencies and procedures .
