Zubia Ilyas

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at University of Home Economics Lahore, where I’ve built a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and software development. I’ve worked on several projects including a JavaFX music player, a smart health monitoring system, and a web-based game, which helped me apply what I learned in practical ways. I’m passionate about solving real-world problems through technology and am now looking for an internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and grow my skills further.

I enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction, not just for entertainment but as a way to escape the harshness of reality. Books take me to worlds where there’s no bloodshed, hunger, or war — places where I can breathe freely and find comfort. Reading allows me to live a thousand lives through the characters I meet, each with their own story, struggles, and dreams. Whether it’s a sweeping fantasy or a thought-provoking memoir, every book gives me a new perspective and a quiet space to reflect, imagine, and feel.
