As an accomplished leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in public health, program management and organizational leadership, I bring a wealth of expertise to the position of Chief Executive Officer at FBL. My career demonstrates a strong ability to lead multifaceted initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, grants & donor liaison and achieve impactful results in diverse settings. I have directed large-scale public health programs and spearheaded financial planning for multimillion-dollar initiatives, ensuring sustainable development and measurable impacts.

Throughout my career, I have successfully forged strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations such as WHO, DFID, and USAID. These collaborations have advanced public health agendas, strengthened microcredit and skill development opportunities, and contributed to the overall growth of programs. My ability to design evidence-based strategies and implement advanced monitoring frameworks has ensured accountability and performance excellence across projects.
