• To prepare the operation & maintenance formats and keep the records update daily, weekly & monthly basis to annual basis.
• Handling the troubleshooting of electrical systems & provide solutions to the technical team
• Record keeping of electricity, diesel, spare parts and consumable items as per company standards.
• look after the installation activities in all respects and prepare relevant technical documents as per the project requirement.
• Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting in electrical systems
• Guide & train the subordinates to perform their jobs according to company procedures and protocols
• Daily monitoring of plant operation & maintenance activities, log sheet data & pending activities
• Preparation of hazard identification & risk assessment for every activity before its startup (safety checks)

PROJECT INSTALLATIONS & OPERATIONS Electrical Systems:

• Complete installation & operation of electrical equipment, generators, transformers, bus way systems, earthling system, low & high voltage power supplies, circuit breakers MCB, ACB, Variable frequency drives, soft starter transmission and distribution lines M.V L.V and A.C., D.C electrical systems
• Including whole plant electrification, lighting DB’s, LED lights, battery chargers, emergency lights, street lights, communication & control cabling
• Installation of Terberg control Caterpillar (USA), Meyn Primary processing (Holland), GEA secondary processing (Germany), and Johnson controls Refrigeration (Europe), M.V (Schneider) & L.V (ABB) equipments
• Installation of various capacities transformers 1000KVA to 3500KVA including all testing protocols
• Installation of M.V., L.V, LBS, Auxiliary & D.C source panels including testing & safety protocols
• Installation of bus way system IP-65 for 07 No’s transformers to L.V panels according to the standards
• Installation of dry & wet rod earthling systems for generators, transformers, and all types of panels & motors

• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault troubleshooting of 11 KV switchgears (Schneider VCB)
• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault troubleshooting of 0.415 KV LV switchgears including power control center PCC (ABB ACBs), Motor control center MCC (ABB MCCBs), PFI panels
• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault troubleshooting of ABB Variable frequency Drives (VFD)
• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault troubleshooting of LV converter transformers 11KV/0.415KV/0.415KV.
• Testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault troubleshooting of 1.6 MW generators

• Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machine including motors, relays, and switches, and set-up sensing mechanism

• Working as sub engineer responsible for the following objectives
• Assemble Install, test, and maintain Electrical Wiring, equipment, appliance, apparatus, using hand tools and power tools
• To arrange 100% testing of Switchgear as per customer's requirements
• Inspection and Electrical Testing of Incoming, Outgoing, Load Take off, Bus Couplers, Power Factor Improvement panels, Motor Control Center, Auto Main Failure AMF, Auto Transfer Switch ATS, Synchronization Panels and HT Panels
• Stage inspection at Fabrication, Paint, Electrical and mechanical Assembling areas.
