• Conduct O&M inspection and Implement Safe System of Work (SSoW) and safety regulations.

• Responsible for checking records of “Operation & Maintenance Equipment” on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
• Prepared the analytical data stats of departmental performances on a monthly basis and presented them to the senior management.

• Provide cooperation for the completion of (T&C) activities such as Partial Stand-Alone Tests (PSAT) & Stand-Alone Test of (SAT) for MCC, SMDB, DB, ATS, AHU, CRAC Units, FCU, according to approved method of Statements.
• Torque testing of Anchor bolts and also Pull-out testing of Anchor bolts.
• Testing the thickness of paint of firefighting pipes in paint yard by using of ELCO meter as per project specification.
• Responsible to Waste Management & Store Management.
• Responsible for the close-out of open Snags and preparing punch lists of all outstanding issues relevant to the construction site.
• Attending the reconciliation meetings with consultant/PMC and Contractor quality management and Engineering team for closure of outstanding site related issues on weekly/monthly basis.
• Preparation of complete quality verification file QVF of 1st fix 2nd fix and final fix installation (Electrical, Earthing and Fire alarm system) as scheduled for the purpose of payment events and external audit.
• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP, successful close out of Clint/External Audits findings.
• Familiar with international Codes of standards ISO 9001:2008, BS 7671, NFPA 70, NFPA72, NFPA 101, NFPA 130, NFPA 110, NFPA 170, NEMA, IEC, QCS 2010, KAHRAAMA and Doha
  Metro project specifications.
• Prepared, documented and executed detailed test plans, test cases and defect reports.
• Created work instructions for 300 person construction line, increasing productivity 90%.
