- Responsible for the management and co-ordination of multiple data sets for large scale data pilot project (bank transactional data for 30 users, across 2 years totaling 200,000+ rows) pertaining to top Russian Bank.
- Collaborated with CEO, CTO and project managed 3 contractors, to ensure data set was managed efficiently. Critically aware that there were inefficiencies in how we collaborated on data leading to wasted time. Demonstrated problem solving through continuous suggestions to CEO so that client delivery was perfect.
- Took ownership of Data Presentation of various infographics for benefit of client understanding. Statistics and infographics presented garnered satisfaction due to clear benefit of SmartBill's timely , clear and market leading accurate delivery versus competitors. This led to next project phase receiving green light.
- Took ownership developing semi automated method to deliver tailored customer insights via early pilot project using only spreadsheet tools. Delivered unique solution that identified and quantified each individual user's needs and spend in wider context of market trends (e.g Covid-19) across different merchant categories. Problem solving approach separated SmartBill from competitor offerings.
- Actively dealt with raw data input manually identifying subscription payments in order to improve machine learning model alongside correcting any errors from manual and ML output. This led to improved accuracy rate for our product established at 80% phase 1.
- Comfortably delved into new experiences and persevered to become vital component of project delivery. Previously experience had focused on Marketing, Sales, and Management related work. Requested to pivot towards Data side of startup to gain experience.
- Engaged Data project with enthusiasm taking short Machine Learning courses to self improve and perform new role better.
