There was a major shutdown in the OMC reformer area. Our scope of work includes the removal, replacement, and installation of spring hangers, burner tiles, manifolds, radiant tubes, headers, and header boxes, ensuring safety (Zero Harm) and quality. Approximately 80-90% of the job involves rigging and lifting operations.

We were working in a M.G automobile industry involves overseeing safety, quality, and operational efficiency in vehicle manufacturing. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing HSE policies, managing production processes, and optimizing workflow. Key focus areas include workplace safety, equipment maintenance, supply chain coordination, and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and innovation in automotive production.

Shutdown work for the 10-inch Ethane line involved the safe removal, replacement, and installation of critical components, ensuring compliance with safety (Zero Harm) and quality standards. The job primarily consists of Hot work operations to execute the tasks efficiently.

• Maintains the safety and company's official standards meanwhile the job is being carried out
• Conducted weekly and daily toolbox talk and give safety reminders to the team
• Be a constructive communication bridge between the contractor and the client
• Carry Out safety trainings and inductions etc
• Was representative of both sides, client as well as contractors
• Make sure the proper documentation required for the job is prepared beforehand
• Make sure the job was completed in a safe manner
• In case of emergency, followed the give safety measures and evacuate the area with my team
• In case of any incident/accident carry out investigations
