I am drawn to the intellectual rigor of delivering comprehensive patient care, finding deep fulfillment in the ongoing journey of supporting their health. Unraveling a patient’s history, analyzing disease processes, and applying diagnostic and therapeutic strategies feels like solving a complex puzzle, with each case presenting a unique challenge. This specialty aligns with my passion for medicine, enabling me to focus my clinical expertise on organ-specific disorders, intricate disease mechanisms, and varying degrees of severity, ultimately driving my growth as a physician.
I rotated with Dr. Walayat, and I observed a diverse range of cases, including individuals grappling with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and acute cholecystitis.

My role encompassed the management of Neuro, Urology, and Thoracic floors, commencing each day with comprehensive rounds alongside esteemed attendings. The responsibility of independently overseeing patient care while adhering to round orders in a time-sensitive manner was integral. Guided by adept supervisors, I assimilated invaluable experience in evidence-based medical practices, notably in the nuanced management of cancer patients, fostering substantial growth in communication and counseling proficiencies. My engagement extended to participating in several impactful research endeavors.
Conducting thorough patient assessments and effectively communicating case presentations to the attending physician. Additionally, gained valuable experience by
actively participating in and observing critical ICU procedures such as tracheostomy, central cannulations, chest tube insertions, and bronchoscopies.
As a valued member of Dr. Ballouch's team, I observed a diverse range of cases, including individuals grappling with conditions such as Chronic liver disease, acute liver
failure, primary biliary cholangitis, chronic pancreatitis, and chronic constipation. I had the privilege of closely witnessing clinical procedures like endoscopies and
colonoscopies, expertly guided by the attending physician. This immersive rotation not only enhanced my collaborative aptitude but also furnished me with invaluable clinical exposure within an esteemed academic hospital setting.
I attended and held Covid awareness campaigns during the pandemic.

In sports, I play cricket, basketball, football, badminton, table tennis, and chess.
