Class 4 Carrier-Grade VoIP Softswitch (Wholesale, LDI, IDD, Domestic Services):

· Working on TELES C4 NGN and Genband/Odine Soft-switch for voice services.

· Commissioning of SIP and TDM Interconnects with LDI Operators and VoIP Aggregators.

· Monitoring Core Network using various monitoring tools (Solar-winds, C4 EMS Server and Odine system).

· Ensure Voice Network system uptime 99.5% & QoS (NER, ACD, PDD, ASR) up to benchmark level

· Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Media Gateways/POPs within LDI Network.

· Coordinating with On-Field Operations Teams for network related issues.

· Collaboration with IP Core, Transmission and LDI Operators for routine operations and to T-shoot matters.

· Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting i.e. Network Utilization, QoS, Minutes termination.


Network operations 24X7 SMS/Messaging systems:

· Working on Alaris labs for SMS services.

· Monitoring QoS stats and hardware health checks to ensure seamless traffic termination and high uptime to the business.

· Work with different SMS service Providers and Vendors for faster and accurate resolution.

· Play key role for network related incidents and providing key inputs for Problem Management.

· Participate in calls with clients, vendors and support team for joint troubleshooting of SMS issues.

· Identify open risk in the production infra and provide input for mitigation.

· Record all changes done in production environment through a structured process.

· Actively plan and manage maintenance activities to enhance the efficiency of Network and services.


Open Source Free PABX (Installation & Configuration):

· Installation and Configuration of open source SIP servers Asterisk, Elastix, FreePBX, Issabel, Vicidial on Multinet Cloud platform and handling Multinet nation-wide PABX voice services.

· Build open source Elastix SIP Server into docker images, deploying those image to Kubernetes to scale up/scale down as per the traffic requirement.

· Performing standalone VOIP deployment from installation to get the customer on board.

· Provide corrective and preventive measures against the reported problems to avoid/decrease complaints count.

· Hardware & Software upgrades & Solution Design.

· Develop, maintain and monitor the procedure of server’s backup that managed by Multinet.

· Monitor machine utilization and health and provide recommendations.


C5 SSW Class 5 Exchange (Fixed Local Loop Services):

· Deployments, Service Provisioning, Troubleshooting and Complaint Management.

· Monitoring of Core Network and if found any ambiguity taken action, generating alerts, tickets and share incident details with higher management within 5 minutes.

· Fault management according to SOPs, performing rectification activities.

· Configurations of Voip Gateway (Cisco PAP2, SPA8000 ATA, Dinstar & Teles TDM PRI Box).

· Keeping routine check on Teles C5 Infrastructure, Client CPEs etc. & Network health, monitoring

· Defining ETTR and follow-up with external stake holders (such providers, clients etc.)

· Identifying the Client end System & Network related problems and taking appropriate corrective measures.

· Providing the comprehensive fault statement when problem is identified, and providing RFO within 24 hours of problem rectification.

· Monitor Core FLL Network using monitoring tools like VoIP Monitor,

· Commissioning and provisioning of Multinet’s OPTIX FLL services

· Ensure compliance with C5 soft switch / Multinet / Network standards.

· Ensuring compliance with provided checklist when provisioning services on CPEs.
