2. Scalable Tax Calculation Automation for Canadian Taxation Firm

Additionally, the manual process of extracting data from PDFs into Excel created significant bottlenecks, slowing down the entire workflow.

• Developed a comprehensive RPA solution to automate the extraction of data from PDF documents into structured formats (Excel or directly into a cloud-based database).
• Integrated real-time data referencing from the cloud database back into the Excel-based tax calculators, removing the need for manual updates and enabling scalable operations.

• Led the development and deployment of an RPA automation solution to optimize the approval process for grants at one of the world's largest Relief Fund Organization.
• Spearheaded the feasibility study, requirement analysis, designing architecture, and deployment of the automation solution.
• Developed an end-to-end SurveyMonkey web automation to download survey responses, process Excel data, and upload results to Google Drive.
• Integrated VBA with UiPath to automate tasks such as filtering records, removing unwanted columns, and creating master Excel files.
• Successfully implemented email notifications to fund advisors upon uploading new files.

4. Real Estate Web Automation for Infill Dev Academy
