Lead the development of new cosmetic products, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer demands while staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies. You will oversee the formulation of cosmetic products, selecting ingredients, evaluating their safety, and achieving desired product attributes such as texture, scent, and performance. This also involves managing production processes, planning production schedules, making decisions regarding equipment use and maintenance, and implementing improvements to optimize production. Estimating costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on a variety of R&D projects, including products such as foundation, lipstick, shampoos, liquid highlighter, facewash, blush pigments, water tints, foundation sticks, strobe cream/illuminators, bullet lipstick, liquid lipstick, lip gloss, brow pomade, lip oil, lip balm, sculpt palettes, sweat-proof foundations, lip creams, beauty creams, mousse blush, BB cream, contour shades, 2x foundations, radiant concealers and foundations, luminous foundations, porfade cream, tinted moisturizer, and serum primer.

As part of the quality assurance role in the beauty and cosmetics industry, responsibilities include conducting quality assessments of both outgoing products and incoming raw materials, rejecting any materials that do not meet quality standards, and promptly reporting issues to the relevant department. It is essential to resolve quality-related issues within established deadlines and provide training to the quality assurance team on procedures and standards. Additionally, detailed documentation of the inspection process, including performance records and reports, is required. Recommendations for process improvements must be made to ensure that quality control standards are consistently met. The role also involves guiding the production team on quality control issues to enhance product quality, closely monitoring the production process at various stages, and participating in research and development projects related to products such as lipstick, shampoos, facewash, beauty cream, lip gloss, lip oil, urgent facial treatments, and lotions.

Learn and assist in the pesticide manufacturing process, including the handling of raw materials, formulation, and packaging.Monitor production equipment and report any irregularities to the production supervisor.Help in maintaining records of production output and materials used.
Work with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
