• Development of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Technical Proposals for major projects in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector.

DHA City Karahi Project

• Currently serving as a Senior Engineer on the DHA City Karachi Project, a high-impact initiative involving the development of DESCO (DHA Electric Supply Company), and the acquisition of a Distribution and Supply License from NEPRA. A consortium comprising M/S MMP, Ria Barker Gillette, and EY Ford Rhodes leads this multi-disciplinary project.
• Development of the consultancy services agreement between the client DHA City Karachi (DHAC) and MMP, ensuring alignment with technical and legal frameworks.
• Conducted detailed technical vetting of the original design application submitted to NEPRA by the prior consultant.
• Participated in NEPRA public hearings on behalf of the client, providing clarification and technical insights supporting the license acquisition process.
• Development of a 6 MW Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on a take-and-pay basis between Lucky Cement and DESCO, involving contractual negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

Naulong Dam Hydropower Project

• Prepared the route and profile of the 11 kV overhead line for the Naulong Dam Hydropower Project; conducted a design review of 11 kV towers and conductor specifications.

Tarbela 5th Extension Hydropower Project

• Technical design review of submittals including conductors, insulators, ground wire, OPGW, Grounding and geotechnical reports for: 500 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line (500 kV T5 Switchyard to 765/500 kV Islamabad West Substation – Section I) and 500 kV Single Circuit Interconnector (T1-4 to T5 – Section II)
• Developed comprehensive Pre-Qualification (PQ) and Bidding Documents for both the sections of the 500 kV transmission lines.
• Developed Preliminary design drawings and conducted route survey for the T1-4 to T5 interconnector (Section-II).
• Technical and financial evaluation of contractors, culminating in the preparation of the final Bid Evaluation Reports.

Reducing Energy Consumption at Dhabeji Pumping Complex, Karachi

• Contributed to the KWSSIP Group 2 Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) for reducing energy consumption at Dhabeji Pumping Complex (DPC) of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB).
• Proposed low-cost energy efficiency solutions and analyzed their Environmental and Social Safeguard (ESS) impacts to enhance DPC’s operational efficiency.

Alfalah Coperative Housing Society

• Assisted in preparation of detailed design report for the underground external and internal Electrification works for Alfalah Cooperative Housing Society (ACHS), ensuring code compliance and future expansion capability.
• The electrical power supply to Alfalah Housing Scheme (ACHS) is proposed to be fed through newly established 132 / 11 kV with two 31.5/40 MVA, 132/11 kV Transformers Grid station in the premises of AFCFHS.
• Sanctioned load of the society is also to be approved by LESCO. Preliminary load calculations suggest 50-60 MW till year 2025.
• The Underground electricity distribution system has been prepared keeping in view the prevailing existing UG Electrification Systems in line with requirements of LESCO.
• The design reports includes consideration for load forecast for other infrastructure like schools, parks, Marquee , Petrol stations, cinema, pump stations etc. Electrification works including HT (11 kV), LT (440V) and street lighting shall be underground cables system. Appropriate pad mounted Transformers with control cabinets and distribution boxes till consumer premises shall be installed.
• Stand by emergency DG Sets are proposed along with Changeover switches on strategic locations.

Sukki Kinari Hydropower Project

• Assisted in the electrical design review for the 33 kV transmission line of the Sukki Kinari Hydropower Project
• Preparation of the route plan and profile, ensuring optimal line routing with minimal right-of-way and environmental impacts.
• Conducted detailed technical vetting of submittals related to major line components, such as conductors, insulators, ground wire, clamps, and fittings, to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Participated in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the manufacturer’s facility to ensure quality and conformity of supplied materials.

• Neelum – Jhelum Project (LOT-3) - Construction of 500 kV Double Circuit Transmission line from Domeli to Nokhar Grid Station.
• Worked on the successful execution of a 500kV transmission line project, spanning from Domeli to Nokhar.
• Managed the project by overseeing all aspects of documentation, including progress reporting, financial tracking, and invoicing, while ensuring timely submission and approval of all records.
• Line Route Survey: Conducted detailed route alignment surveys using Total Station and RTK to ensure optimal and feasible transmission line placement, considering environmental, technical, and right-of-way constraints.
• Technical Drawings and Design: Developed comprehensive engineering drawings, including route plans, plan and profile drawings, tower outlines, and foundation layouts. Ensured all documentation adhered to project specifications and national grid standards.
• Foundation Construction: Supervised and participated in the construction of 500 kV double circuit transmission tower foundations, covering a variety of foundation types including conventional, single and double bored pile foundations, pile caps, and tie beams.
• Tower Erection: Oversaw the erection of 500 kV lattice steel towers, including DD1, DA1, and DS1 types, ensuring safety and quality compliance during all phases of structural assembly.
• Stringing Works: Managed and monitored the stringing of conductors, including installation of conventional ACSR conductors, EHS (Earthwire), and OPGW (Optical Ground Wire), with adherence to tension, sag, and clearance standards.

• 500 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line – Balloki Power Plant to New Lahore South Grid Station
• Worked on the successful execution of a 500kV transmission line project, spanning from Balloki Power Plant to New Lahore South Grid Station, contributing to Pakistan's national power transmission infrastructure.
• Line Route Survey: Conducted detailed route alignment surveys using Total Station and RTK to ensure optimal and feasible transmission line placement, considering environmental, technical, and right-of-way constraints.
• Technical Drawings and Design: Developed comprehensive engineering drawings, including route plans, plan and profile drawings, tower outlines, and foundation layouts. Ensured all documentation adhered to project specifications and national grid standards.

Punjab Saaf Pani Project

Contributed to the implementation of the Punjab Saaf Pani Project, a key initiative aimed at providing clean drinking water to underserved rural communities. Assisted in project planning, developed and maintained a Centralized CV Databank for Recruitment, and execution with a focus on technical oversight and interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely progress and compliance with project standards.

Electrical design projects

• Assisted in developing comprehensive electrical design layouts for multiple public infrastructure projects, including schools and administrative buildings.

Khadim-e-Punjab School Program (KPSP)

Served as a Program Coordinator in the Khadim-e-Punjab School Program, a government-led initiative aimed at improving educational infrastructure across Punjab. Managed coordination between engineering teams, education department representatives, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction and renovation activities in schools across the province.
