- Network Monitoring: Supervised real-time monitoring of DWDM-based long haul network using NMS for early fault detection
- Incident Management: Led rapid troubleshooting and fault resolution (fiber cuts, equipment failure), coordinating with field teams and vendors
- System Maintenance: Managed preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and equipment health checks on OSN 8800/9800 platforms
- DWDM Circuit Provisioning: Set up and commissioned new circuits, optimizing bandwidth across wavelengths
- Survey, planning, designing, supervision and deployment of: DWDM/OTN network, OSP work including OFC network with related components, ISP including installation of power equipment, solar solution, generators, battery backup, supervisory systems etc
- Web Monitoring System (WMS)
