• I am multi skill CRO & can operated Kiln,VRM, Raw Press, Ball Mill, & Coal Mill at Line I, II & III.
• Check all production operation parameters, Pressure, Temp, read just in tuning as required.
• Max production with low fuel consumption.
• Ensure best quality parameter for avoiding market complains.
• Ensure best key performance indicator (specific power).
• Smooth operation of the assigned unit from Central Control Room during the duty.
• Attend to all the abnormalities in the plant without loss of time and coordinate with maintenance department on time and proper feedback to shift engineer in the shift.
• Can operate Raw mill Raw press Coal mill Cement mill.
• Coordinate with quality control department regarding quality and production.
• To write the complete and detail log & shift production report.
• Keeping all the parameters within well-defined standards.
• Meet production targets.
• Supervision of site activities during planned shutdown.
• Responsible for following the safety regulations while performing task on the plant ground.
