Current responsibility
Coordinator between Head office, corporate office, Feed Division, Processing plant of Chicken & farmers of the broiler farms. Detail is as follows.
1. Recovery from farmers.
2. Debtor’s accounts.
3. Manage feed orders.
4. Chick Accounts.
5. Caching detail forward to Farmers.
6. Follow up daily Feed Orders, including dispatch and production. Squeezed, urgent feed demand.
7. Counter check daily Feed Orders with DO and farmer.
8. Feed ledger maintained in MS Excel as per contract with each farmer.
9. Calculation of commission and freight for final settlement.
10. Reconciliation of payments with Food and Poultry.
11. Maintain LBC software.
Obey other responsibilities before transfer at Lahore
12. To Maintain ‘petty cash’ Account (60101)
13. To Maintain ‘freight Account’ (80116)
14. To maintain petty cash book.
15. Daily performing reconciliation statement on daily basis.
16. Physically tally ‘cash’ with cash book & statement.
17. To prepare imprest.
18. To Maintain all documentations related to payments .
19. To Maintain “Advances A/c” Which is related with Scrap sale & issuing
Advance cash to all farms & Feed Mill when needed.
20. Daily visit “Banks” for Cheque deposit, on lines, Banks statement, cheque books, withdrawn cash, income tax & do all work related with banking transaction.
21. Utility bills, EOBI deposits, social security deposits etc
22. Maintaining Soya bean Freight Payment record.
23. To Maintain scrap sale A/c .
24. To keep record of bardana sale.
25. To Maintaining petty cash of all broiler farms.
26. Salaries, overtime, bonus, leave cashment paid to FD employees.
Coordination & training
Coordination between department to department, (Mange LBC software between IT department & accounts department), Head office to cooperative office Train & briefing to anyone who interrelate with working group
Grip on excel & their special formulas like (Lookup & related) etc reporting, typing, at a time handle
