• 1002000308 (01/2020 -12/2020) ; Commissioning and delivering of 2 nos of STS crane to DP-World Quasim International container terminal(QICT) Karachi. Successfully completed and hand over the crane to end user, did commissioned the PLC and related control systems onsite. Was able to negotiate with the client on project specification. Achieved project timeline even with less manpower as I was able to manage the resources accordingly.
• 1002000250 (05/2020 - 01/2021) ; Commissioning and delivering of 11 nos of Automatic RTG cranes to South Asian Pakistan Terminal Karachi. This batch of cranes were fully automated and those are consist of a remote station (Sub-system controls with S7-1500), which has made the container handling much easier and efficient. Control system was successfully commissioned both onsite and off-site.
• 1002000194 (06/2019 - 07/2019) ; Commissioning of 2 nos of Automatic STS cranes to Oman international container terminal(OICT Hutchison Ports). Did commissioning of the PLC and drive system (Consist of inverters and converters) in off site. Completed the configuring and commissioning of ZPMC SCADA based crane monitoring system which is developed via TIA portal.
• Commissioning of cranes done at RMG & RTG fabrication sites in China (06/2019 - 01/2020) - 2 nos of RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry) cranes to VSC terminal Russia, 5 nos of ERTG cranes to Tecon terminal of Salvador, Brazil.
• 1002000248 (11/2021 - 05/2022) ; 8 nos of ARTG cranes to Oman International Container terminal of Oman. Commissioning and development of load collision preventive system for ARTG cranes. Came to negotiations with Siemens for product specifications and was able to enhance operation efficiency of cranes. Rectified issues faced by the customer in related to ARTG network communication and handed over the crane before deadlines.
• 1002000662 (08/2022 - 01/2023) ; Commissioning and delivering of 5 STS cranes to Lekki Freeport Terminal of Nigeria. Successfully did commissioning of PLC, Drive, and CMS system for the STS cranes.
• 100200794 (06/2023 - 09/2023) - Managed the project from unloading of the crane to hand over to client, 3 Automatic STS cranes were delivered to the client before the deadline.
• 1002000793 (07/2023 - 07/2024) ; Managed the unloading commissioning of 11 ARTG cranes at SAPT (Hutchison Ports) at Karachi pakistan. was able to drive team of 24 including 12 Chinese individuals and 12 Sri Lankan staff .
