• Recently completed the 3 month long major overhaul of 330 MW Steam Turbines within available time and without any injury or rework. The outage scope included the complete disassembly of the steam turbine casing, rotor, diaphragm, bearings, and sealings. Resulting in turbine efficiency to 45.02% against designed 45.07% after 4 years of operation.
• Successfully represented the maintenance department during the audits of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
• Lead the team for standardization of current available inventory as per the IHS standard.
• Lead the team for designing, testing and implementation of OneSAP MM module
• Received Engro Annual Excellence Award for successful commissioning and installation of more than 50 critical rotary equipment including two 330 MW Steam Turbine
• Complete overhaul and corrective maintenance of Steam Turbine Low-Pressure Steam Bypass Valve
• Safe & timely completion of 9 Planned Outages & Plant Start-up including major overhaul of a 330 MW Turbine.
• Lead the team for the construction and commissioning of the 1200 t/h fuel system which included 7 k.m long dual conveyors, twin stacker reclaimer system, coarse and fine crusher with zero recordable injury and seamless commissioning.
• Assisted in installation of 2x330 MW Dongfeng Steam Turbine
• Coordinated erection activity of more than 28000 tons of steel structure.
• Coordinated in ordering, management, and storage of the 5 years spare parts worth $14million
• Assisted in laying and commissioning of 36 km water pipeline.
