· Administer all export of goods, ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.

· Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities.

· Supervise efficient working of team members and ensure compliance to all export objectives according to customer requirement.

· Resolve all customer issues for export processes.

· Provide training to team, perform assessment of all work, assist to achieve all export objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients, and perform regular communication with all staff and clients.

· Ensure all processes should be according to the standard.

· On-time and accurate processing of export documentation of international shipments according to LC or their requirements.

· Scrutiny of LCs and handling the entire LC procedure with competent authority.

· Booking of shipments, co-ordinate with clearing and forwarding agent and with bank for proceeds shipment.

· Correspond with Customers for documents approval and payments.

· Active follow up with terminals and carriers sites to avoid shutout/skip vessels and for shipments arrival status at destination.

· Record billings of agencies and clear their outstanding from finance department.

· Re-export of goods imported temporary for stipulated period.
