• Ensuring that production processes are carried out smoothly.
• Posting shift production and dispatches in the SAP system.
• Fulfilling resource requirements for the smooth operation of the shift.
• Ensuring that all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed in the production unit.
• Supporting the implementation of best practices such as TPM, HACCP, GSTD, and DMAIC.
• Planning and conducting scheduled maintenance, including planned maintenance activities.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff during maintenance tasks.
• Responding to breakdowns in EGRON, Evaporators, Auto packer units, and powder filling lines during production.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults.
• Creating maintenance procedures.
• Identifying hazards and minimizing risks.

• Chairlift system inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Safety compliance and emergency response coordination.
• Data analysis for performance optimization.
• Weather monitoring and operational decision-making.
