Oversee the repair and maintenance operation for all organization vehicles and generators. Maintain vehicles and generators services records to ensure compliance with manufacturers' servicing schedules and organization protocol. Create/update fleet policy and procedures. Determine what fleet processes should be outsourced, to which suppliers they should be awarded, and to act as primary contact with all suppliers. Plan/develop and execute a vehicle and equipment replacement schedule. Review/process purchase requisitions for parts and supplies; review vendor bid responses for tools, equipment, parts and services; monitor expenditures. Review financial/budget reports and prepare yearly operating budget. Identify/coordinate training needs for technical staff. Deal with various subcontractors and suppliers and maintain a consistent and ethical approach to their utilization. Monitor monthly fuel consumption of mission vehicles and generator as per manufacturer standard.

During my visit I moved to Maban, Yei projects and spend some time in Juba coordination. Mainly I worked on International Spare parts orders preparation, spare parts inventories, fleet and generator fitness reports and mechanic’s coaching and developments. I enjoyed my time in South Sudan and finished all my visit TOR’s within the time frame.

I was leading a team of automotive repair professionals in servicing and repairing of diesel and petrol soft-skin and armored sedans, SUV's, and light trucks. Introduced a system for Logging servicing and releasing the vehicles back to the customer or to the sale department. Supervising mechanic's team while repairing of all electronic and mechanical systems of the vehicle that does include assembly repair, rebuild, installation and reprograming by using computerized based diagnostic equipment.

Worked as a General Service Technician in Authorized dealer of TOYOTA, LEXUS and HINO vehicles, Inspect and diagnose diesel, gas, electric automotive equipment, components and systems to determine necessary repairs. Make minor-to-major repairs to any automotive equipment. Install and repair special equipment. Operate and maintain tools, machinery and computerized systems used in the maintenance and repair of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair systems and components. Estimate the cost of materials and labor for work orders; and keep simple records and prepare reports as necessary. Train and provide work instruction to Assistant Automotive Technicians or Attendants. Discuss the problem with supervisor and co-workers and work together to find out the salutations.

Worked as a Technician in Authorized dealers of GENERAL MOTORS including Hummer, Cadillac, Chevrolet and Opal, Repairs, maintains and tests vehicle engines related problems and other mechanical units such as a Transmission, Differentials, Drivetrain and Suspensions. Road test to verify repair was performed. Disassembles unit and inspects parts for wear, using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and thickness gauges. Diagnose, repair and replace OBD2 related issue by using Scan tools, Software's and Digital Multimeters.

Carry out routine and scheduled services after checking vehicles mileage and repair history.

Listen to engines, fit and operate special test equipment, and test-drive vehicles

Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions, differentials or steering gear systems; dismantling them and checking parts, referring to manuals as necessary

Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies, using various instruments to make sure they are working properly and putting them back into the vehicle.

Raises vehicles by using hydraulic hoists or jacks and performs preventive maintenance such as an engine tune-up, Oil changes, Brake service, Tire rotation, Replacing Filters.
