ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
I’m Talha Ahmad Khan, a recent Electrical Engineering graduate from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus , with a passion for innovative energy solutions and sustainable design. During my studies, I led a team project to design a real time testbed for soccer playing robots (RoboCup) which was recognized in the university’s annual engineering showcase for its creativity and efficiency. I have also completed internships with Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) and ACL VDO, where I applied my technical skills in real-world settings, contributing to the development of Energy Metering Plant and Research and Development Section respectively. I am excited about the opportunities in the electrical engineering field and am keen to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations making strides in energy and technology. There, I worked in the Energy Metering Plant, where I used to assemble the electric energy meter and witness the quality check of those meters. At this small period, I have witnessed all the working in plat that how the Meter is manufactured from scratch to full and then its testing at high voltages and their dispatching.
It is society based annual program host by the university and I am a part of that team. I have been served as assistant to Director of Security head.
We made Robot and the fighting competition held at campus. The making of Robot made our hardware & software grip tight.
Development of Mobile Robotics Testbed for Soccer and Service Robots, 09/2023, 05/2024
Autonomousnggur Final Year Project on which we are currently working and in it we have to do wireless communication between different agents from one OFC at single time. The second object is to do Swarm Robotics between different agents and teamwork. The third objective is PID controller for kicking and contrlling the speed. This is completely Autonomus project using GVS without human interaction.
Voting Machine, 11/2023, 12/2023
A complete voting machine using VHDL language has been made as a project of university. It is working same as the polling process done like one person can cast vote only one time and no one can rigged the electoral process. This is basically a Digital System Design Project which is implemented on FPGA.
Heart Beat Sensor, 12/2021, 01/2022
Heart Beat Sensor is an equipment used in Electronics laboratory for biomedical field. It is very useful for the doctors and medical department. I have done soldering in this project after placing the components using Vero Board. We have used Resistors, Capacitors, LED's, Integrated Circuits (IC) in this project. It is widely useable project for medical field as for ECG scanning and furthermore.
Car Reverse Parking System, 04/2022, 06/2022
It is a sensor based project using in mechanical department for providing an alert to the driver from an upcoming accident while reversing the car or any vehicle. This project was based on the completely electronics section and I made it by using Vero Board, Bread Board and PCB Board using FECL3 solution to made copper lines on it. There is usage of many electrical components in it.
PID Temperature Controller, 12/2022, 02/2023
It is a project of Control Systems, in which I made a PID controlled Temperature Controller. Many components of hardware used, but actually the most important part of the project is Arduino and MATLAB. In this project, we are working on live date which was showing on serial monitor.
IOT based Home Automation, 12/2022, 01/2023
This is actually a software based project with a small hardware. This project is controlled by anywhere in world where we have internet access as it is IoT based project. We used Wi-Fi modules and online apps to store data. It is basically for Security and Energy Saving Purpose. This type of technology is getting hype nowadays in world and there is a lot of working doing on it.
