- Scaled the flagship Net Zero Pakistan (NZP) coalition to 20+ member companies and achieved international acclaim (e.g., one of the first initiatives from the Global South to become an official accelerator of the UNFCCC's Race to Zero Campaign).

- Accelerated private sector momentum towards adopting Science-Based Targets , with 6 leading textile companies on track to submit their targets to SBTi by the end of Q1 2024 with support from Pakistan Environment Trust.

- Established the market for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) in Pakistan to enable local companies to meet their clean energy commitments and catalyse an uptick in investment towards renewable energy projects.

- Developed a portfolio of high-integrity carbon removal and avoidance projects which will underpin Pakistan's participation in voluntary carbon markets and unlock up to $200M in annual revenue.

- Built Pakistan's leading talent hub for climate professionals , with a ten-fold increase in the team's size and offices established across Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore

- Convened a diverse ecosystem of local and global organisations in tackling Pakistan's most pressing climate challenges – these include, but are not limited to: CDP, SouthPole, MyCarbon, Inditex, Apparel Impact Institute, Sustainable Apparel Coalition, Textile Exchange, Sustainable Development Policy Institute, Aga Khan Development Network, Pakistan Textile Council.
