• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation
• Plan the construction operations and schedules at intermediate phases deadline will be met
• Acquire equipment, materials and monitor stock to timely handles inadequacies responsibilities
• Hire contractors and other staff, allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the all running activities and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate the progress and prepare detail reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and resolve the issues
• Collaborate with consultant and client representative to Determine the specification, Design, construction drawings and agreement details etc.
• Obtain permits and license from appropriate authority
• Mange to Prepare Monthly progress & Finance Reports.
• Reporting to the Company management whenever needed.
