A seasoned, accomplished and values-led Civil Servant with more than seventeen years of public sector experience in a wide range of disciplines. With over ten years of extensive experience as core HR professional I have acquired various skills and abilities enabling me to remain versatile and highly-skilled within the field. As a strategic business partner, I have had the experience of providing consultation to senior business leadership and initiating meaningful people reforms to translate business strategy into organizational outcomes. Accompanied by MSc. Degree in HRM from the UK coupled with CIPD certification provides me solid academic foundation for senior positions in HR. My research on the “Impact of Leaders' Behaviour on Employee Motivation” at Northern Gas Networks, UK has given me fascinating insights into the subject which enabled me to succeed at leadership positions. Operating in roles such as HR Director and Head of Talent Acquisition I supervised large scale recruitment projects and applied innovative solutions to upscale the selection procedures. I cherish being an empathetic people champion who creates necessary space and spirit of collaborative teamwork for staff where their creativity flourishes. As Director, responsible for HR Change initiatives worked closely with international HR experts to spearhead, conceptualize, deliver and embed change initiatives using international best practices. Development of Performance Management System for the organization was one of my most fulfilling achievement which created a platform for managers and employees to build lasting trust relationships and collectively work towards shared goals. I am a firm believer of continuous professional development and strive myself to maximize my own abilities to enable employees reach their full potential and on a larger scale impact those around me positively.

HR Change Leader

· Worked in close collaboration with international HR experts for bringing structural reforms in the organization

· Successfully authored, piloted and implemented Performance Management System (PMS) as a leap forward from traditional end-of-the year performance evaluation ‘system’

· Prepared and presented convincing business case for PMS which was envisaged to work on the principles of goal-setting and performance feedback

· Designed and delivered upskilling / coaching sessions for Line Managers

· PMS greatly supported the intelligence handling model and greatly improved operational results

· Supervised recruitment of non-managerial positions and ensuring the procedure for hiring of testing agency complies with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA’s) legal procurement requirements

· Authored detailed SOP booklet of selection process delineating roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders

· Developed Technical Evaluation Criteria for bidding agencies which ensured transparent procedure of evaluation of bids

· Oversaw the preparation and signing of the contract between the department and the qualifying Testing Service

· Conceived the idea of and developed the “Recruitment & Selection Software” which greatly enhanced the transparency and accuracy of the selection process and automated the shortlisting at various stages
