• Facilitate communication and collaboration between plant managers and the Chief Engineer's office to ensure alignment of project objectives, technical requirements, and operational priorities.
• Serve as the primary Technical point of contact for insurance companies, managing all aspects of insurance coverage for the project, including property, liability, and operational risks.
• Coordinate with both internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of project finances, operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes providing access to relevant documentation, responding to audit inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations.
• Manage claims related to liquidity damages under various contracts, working closely with legal teams and stakeholders to assess the validity of claims, negotiate settlements, and mitigate financial impacts on the project.
• Address technical and commercial issues related to power plants, including equipment failures, performance optimization, and contract negotiations. This involves collaborating with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Prepare working papers for the Board of Directors on the instructions of the Chief Engineer/CEO, presenting various matters related to project performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing clear and concise reports for presentation to the board.

• Successfully manage the project life cycle from initiation to commercial operation resulting in the on-time delivery of both power plants.
• Supervise construction and commissioning activities and update management with Level -4 plan on a daily basis, resulting in increased overall project efficiency.
• Present out of the box construction solutions by working with EPC contractor for early completion of the project, resulting in a considerable reduction in overall project timeline.
• Prepare and revise Annual Production Plan, Annual Delivery Plan, Monthly Production Plan, and Monthly Delivery Plan.
• Create and deliver Quarterly/Bi-annual/Annual Management reports and presentations for BoD.
• Regularly monitor and report Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, emphasizing any deviations and recording reasons for variance.
• Collaborate closely with each site to create action plans that efficiently address gaps and ensure timely corrective actions, involving all relevant Cluster stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with System Operator/ Power Purchaser to align the outage schedule.
• Ensure timely availability of critical spares and sufficient resources for outage events. Coordinate with the Plant teams to adequately plan Outage TILS, insurance recommendations and outage-related jobs.

• Implement Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with Siemens and Iscosa, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Develop schedules for condition monitoring and preventive maintenance activities across the entire plant, optimizing asset performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to plan procurement activities and prepare annual budgets, ensuring alignment with plant requirements and operational goals.
• Fulfill the responsibilities of a Performance Engineer, including the preparation of invoices for energy and capacity payments using IPAS from daily and monthly data, maintaining a contract tracker to ensure compliance with O&M agreements, and generating monthly, annual, and quarterly reports for plant operation and maintenance.
• Conduct availability, heat rate, and efficiency calculations to monitor performance against contractual guarantees, forecast energy availability and fuel demand, and collaborate with stakeholders such as Aramco and SEC for fuel management. Additionally, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams to investigate incidents leading to generation loss or equipment failure, and perform Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for the entire plant to enhance reliability and availability.
• Maintain records for planned maintenance, equipment status, and operational data to monitor gas turbine inspection status and ensure operational excellence.

• Generate and distribute detailed progress reports for the ongoing site erection of Phase 3 & 4 of Nuclear Complex, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct technical presentations addressing site-specific challenges related to erection activities and project progress, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
• Lead complete overhauling processes for major plant equipment, including pumps and boilers, ensuring thorough maintenance and optimal functioning of critical infrastructure components.
• Oversee shutdown activities, review material lists, allocate resources, and monitor round-the-clock activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and timely completion of tasks.

• Facilitate seamless collaboration with vendors and subcontractors to meet project and turnaround requirements, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of services and materials.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for subcontracting purposes, meticulously documenting project requirements and estimating costs accurately to support efficient procurement processes.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of piping drawings, including isometrics, layouts, P&IDs, and plot plans, to oversee the fabrication and erection of various piping systems and steel structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures by supervising all types of non-destructive examinations (NDEs) and testing procedures, such as MPI, UT, RT, DPT, vacuum box testing, and hydro-pneumatic testing, to ensure the integrity and safety of tank installations and piping systems
