Looking after transportation wing to ensure smooth distribution/execution on regional level.
Dealing with IR, Labor department , PESSI & EOBI matters on regional level
Supervising procurement , R&M throughout region
Dealing with all legal matters with coordination of Head Office
Preparation of Annual Budget for region
Prepare Capx/ Opex sheet for R&M
Ensure adequate security measures are implemented in region
Conduct HSE trainings & implementation
Devise & implement new SOP ‘s to improve work productivity & transparency
Control Admin Overheads on monthly basis
Make KPI for admin officers & support to achieve at max
Maintain all admin records and forms as prescribed by established policies and procedures.
Strict implementation of Company defined SOPs
Prepare case & raise approval for need base work related to administration
Dealing with Government Departments & service provider to sort out raised issues
Ensure provision of utility services in office like electricity, gas, water, telephone, fax, external telephone and internal telephone exchange etc. and ensures continued supply without interruption
CCTV surveillance/working at regional level with zero down time
Plan & execute Renovation of branches to maintain company defined standards
Initiate & supervise new projects till its execution throughout region i.e Solar system, video conferencing for new Branches
Supervise all civil & electrical work of new construction as per BOQ
Renewal of licenses e.g. drug license , registration with labor department etc
Deal with company owned fleet matters i.e Token tax , insurance claims,
Ensure Gensets working, fuel consumption , periodic R&M through out region
