• Conduct factory visits and audits to assess capabilities and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
• Resolve production or delivery issues through active vendor communication.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Monitor order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules to ensure on time delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless stock movement.
• Stay up to date with market trends, new materials, innovations, and supply chain risks.
• Identify alternate sourcing strategies in case of supply disruptions or cost escalations.

• Develop elegant & impressive Seasonal ranges of new designs for Men's, Ladies, Girls and Boys and School Shoes categories, always ready to search new ideas, materials and manufacturing process.
• Visit vendors and local market to get more ideas of comfort & styling for our customer.
• Observe the trend & fashion of the market and develop product accordingly.
• Collect new materials & also collect the market price brackets, which can be easy reach to customer.
• Negotiate with company's listed manufacturers about the prices and deliveries in order to launched new collection.
• Working closely with marketing & Sales team to provide merchandising stuff (Seasonal range samples, catalog, and order form) organized stock shows nationwide.
• Actively participated in project analysis to facilitate continuous process improvements, manage resources efficiently and optimized all aspects of the product development.
• Coordinating with quality team for investigation of customer complaints.
• Develop collection plans according to price targets, seasonal needs, previous sales data and competitor's collection sale analyses.
• Concept development (by searching new inspirations of footwear projects and share with vendors for development).
• Provide designs and Material (Sole, Upper, Ornaments) developed from local sources and coordinate with factories (SIL-Muridke & SIL-Gujrat) and local vendors.
• Develop the molds & lasts of new projects in order to be perfection and uniqueness of brand in market.
• Monitor all the development technically at all ends in order to ensure the perfection.
• Fully responsible of product from concept, sampling, tooling, trails, production and quality till deliveries.
• Find the right sources for each project according to construction & Production Capacity.
• Send Product Information to buyers and collect Purchase orders.
• Prepared Weekly and monthly production and dispatch plan with vendors.
• Follow up visit to vendors for build and maintain relations to make sure carried out Production plan.
• Lead Q.A & Sourcing team to make sure deliver quality products within given timeline.
• Provide Weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on vendor's performance.
• Maintain Communication between Buyers and Manufacturers throughout the whole process of Product development, Production, Quality and in time Stock receiving make sure to achieve sale targets.

• Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
• Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance.
• Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
• Provide daily and monthly reports to senior managers on vendor's performance.
• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction area.
• Responsible for the review and update of the programmed quality and dispatch plan.
• Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
• Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
• Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.
• Giving specialist quality control advice to the company departments as required.
• Floor management to ensure continuous quality improvement and activities.
• Working with Service industries Muridke and Service industries Gujrat and local vendors.
• Visit all over the Pakistan shoes market (Karachi to Peshawar) during the seasonal range launching and organize the stock shows, coordinate with dealers and sales team as a representative of merchandising team for product development.
