Overseeing litigation of the firm in Karachi including High Courts, Sub-ordinate courts and Tribunals handling civil, commercial and constitutional litigation along with managing the intellectual property portfolio. Also involved in corporate and transactional advisory; and regulatory compliances of corporate entities.

Reporting to the Group Director Legal & IP, was part of setting up the Legal & IP Department of the group companies; and was responsible for independently handling the intellectual property matters and disputes of the group in addition to handling compliances, providing opinions and advice on transactions, risk management, drafting and vetting contract.

Was also involved in the process of acquisitions and mergers of various pharmaceutical portfolios and brands.

Was carrying out chamber work including drafting pleadings and carrying out litigation research.

Additionally, was also tasked with handling intellectual property filings, managing IP oppositions and other related disputes.

Assisted the Faculty of Contract Law by conducting additional revision lectures and individual guidance sessions.
