Prepare, check and verify engineering documents such as drawing, BOM (bill of material), component specification, production deviation permit and engineering change orders.
Update Bill of Material (BOM) as per requirement.
Design and Launch of New Models as per IPDP.

CAD/CAM/CAI of Sheet metal Dies.

Calculate Blank Size of Typical Sheet Metal Parts on Fast blank (Blank Precision Software).

Make Die layout / Detail Drawings of the Components.

Prepare BOM of Dies, Fixtures and Jigs.

Purchase Tools of Machine from Various Distributors.

Liaison with Customers on Different Technical Issues.

Conduct Training of Trainee Engineers on Pro Engineer Wildfire.

Weekly Conduct Meeting of Trainee Engineers & CNC Machine Operators.

Daily Schedule the Work plan of Trainee Engineers.

Update The CNC Machine Loading Plan.
