Nursing Assistant
1. Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
2. Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
3. Help with bathing, grooming, and dressing patients
4. Assist with feeding and hydration
5. Collect and transport specimens (e.g., urine, stool)
6. Administer medications (as delegated by licensed nurse)
7. Monitor and report changes in patient condition
*Supportive Care:*
1. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
2. Assist with daily living activities (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
3. Maintain patient rooms and common areas (cleanliness and organization)
