• Managed Succession Planning for entire Distribution Operations of K-Electric, by Identifying critical positions (GM & above) and mapping successor on those critical positions.

• Developed Pakistan 1st Auto Body & Paint Institute under the Toyota Technical Education Program umbrella, which included the construction of the building and curriculum development

• Developed Processes and procedures for 24X7 Dubai Civil Defence Project.
• Initiated and developed the training Plan for the Project Staff and conducted Trainings and orientation programs for them

• Established and Managed the Processes and Procedures for Warranty Department according to BMW Guideline. Ensured close liaison with BMW AG and Rolls Royce in managing Warranty claims in the first 18 months Successfully handled Warranty Claims worth Rs 25million
