• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop production team leaders and staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, and procurement teams to ensure production aligns with business objectives.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the production department.
• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and protect capital investments.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor production data, generate performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
