Research

  • Weight Stigma and Psychological Well-being, Conducted research on weight stigma and its effects on psychological well-being. The aim of the study was to find a relationship between the two and also to spread some awareness about how one should be vigilant about commenting on anyone's weight or looks because it can leave a negative impact on one's psychological health.
  • Organization's Climate Inventory, Conducted research on an organization's climate inventory. The aim of the study was to examine the mindsets of the employees regarding having a counselor in an organization. There were 50 participants, 25 males, and 25 females.
  • Gender-based Discrimination at the Workplace, Conducted research on gender-based discrimination at the workplace. Using a sample of 401 women employees working in different companies, we investigated the relationship between perceived everyday gender discrimination and perceived workplace gender discrimination.
  • Psychological Assessments, In my final year, I conducted Psychological assessments that include MBTI, HFD, TAT and ISB.
