
As an electrical engineer, my goal is to innovate and contribute in the telecom sector, leveraging advanced technology to optimize elect systems. 1. Leading the Middle East Global Service Centre-Project Operations office for the Saudi Rep Office,
supporting project delivery from initial planning and implementation to revenue recognition/triggering
across multiple domains, including MW, Fixed Core, RF and WL while maintaining optimal efficiency
and performance.
2. Efficiently executed operations such as Product Configuration (PC), Delivery Configuration (DC) utilizing
the advanced Huawei tool CPQ, and streamlined Material Request (MR) procedures through ISC.
Ensured smooth equipment outbound from warehouse to site for Saudi STC Projects of Wireless, TX,
Fixed, and Core domains.
3. Efficiently maintaining KPIs to achieve PMO and SCM targets. Skillfully managing project-specific KPIs,
such as SMR, LTO, Revenue, and more, while actively engaging stakeholders to foster collaboration and
ensure successful outcomes.
4. Expertise on Huawei system tools: CPQ, CCMCC, CCMDC, ISC, ISDP.
5. Direct Responsible for Project daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly reports for Customer and internal
Stakeholders. Regular efforts to make the process more smooth and time efficient.
6. Prepared PowerPoint presentations and given internal team trainings in Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.
7. Inventory handling related Operations ( Warehouse to Warehouse, WH to Site )
8. Ensure warehouse daily task closing, Support in cleaning LTO inventory, Inventory analysis and Inventory
outbound management using FIFO method.
9. Supported operations like STR, RN, SIA, CR and other operations of SCM.
10. Inventory transfer from project to common and or vice versa as per requirement.
11. Provided support for the cancellation of MR (Material Request), DN (Delivery Note), and RN (Return
Note) processes, ensuring efficient handling of cancellations and maintaining accurate documentation.
12. Managing warehouse inventory discrepancy and solutions to close them.
