I worked with multiple age groups of female who had different targets relating to their weight, body type, and medical issues which required extensive or basic workout plans with diet plans. I used to teach them how to perform specific exercises and also would take two 45-minute classes that included step-by-step guides for the Zumba dance, aerobics, and anaerobic exercises to nourish their mental and physical health. My core presentation was of a teacher, instructor, and counselor who would guide them through any trouble regarding their mental or physical health.
