- Design Multi-layered complex ATE PCBs using CAD tools such as cadence OrCAD, Allegro and Altium for leading companies like XILINX_AMD, ADVANTEST, AMAZON, IBM, INTEL, ST-MICRO, etc
- Layout designing from gated symbol of high pin count device or components, netlist insertion, part creation and their placement using placement techniques tailored to temperature, height restrictions, critical circuitries, etc
- Work on laying out analog, digital, High speed, Mixed Signal and RF circuits along with high frequency power supply board with reduced switching noise, using testers such as 93K, T2K, etc
- Understand Signal Integrity and Power Integrity requirements (SIPI) and implementation of SIPI constraints and feedbacks in design
- Solid understanding of Cadence Constraint Manager with respect to design and stackup requirements
- Clear understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and design for test (DFT) and performed their analysis as per latest IPC standards
- Provide end to end support to transfer designs into manufacturing facilities by providing CAD files, Assembly drawings, fabrication guidelines, test packages and BOM generation
- Perform impedance calculations and matching of single ended and differential pairs
- Generate, verify and validate GERBER data and perform design rule checks (DRC) using CAM350
- Draft Bill of Materials, Net-list, Net-length reports and other design related reports.
