As Special Secretary Irrigation Department, the undersigned represented the Irrigation Department in Several Parliamentary Committees, Senate Standing Committees, held Dialogue with World Bank in seeking approval of Components for the Integrated Water Resource Management and Development Project. Represented Irrigation Department Balochistan in several meetings held at IRSA for seeking the water share. Held an extensive exercise under the control of Secretary Irrigation to promulgate the Court orders for posting officers at their righteous places according to their skills and relevant Knowledge. Represented the Department in Several High Court Cases.

Gained extensive managerial and administrative skills while assisting three Secretaries, Mr. Saleem Awan, Mr. Hafiz Abdul Majid and Mr. Ali Akbar Baloch, during the 04 years of my service as Additional Secretary Irrigation Department.

The position of Additional Secretary in Irrigation Department was revived by the undersigned, as it was the solo position in Administration after Secretary of the Department. The Technical wing, the Budget wing, the Admin Wing and the Directorate General along the offices of the Chief Engineers were being dealt and coordinated with by the undersigned.

The negotiating skills of the undersigned were very much improved and it helped in resolving many matters pertaining to MPAs and Ministers.
