• Report to General Manager.
• Earthwork volume Calculation.
• Observation of Typical Drawings.
• Sort out entire problem regarding Earthwork Including Quality, Culvert, Drainage, Water Supply, Survey and Alignment at site as per standards.
• Developed and implemented comprehensive schedule of preventive maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to execute work at site and troubleshoot execution problem at site with prompt on site decisions.
• Supervised team of "57" construction workers to maintain productivity and quality of work.
• Experience in Road Construction, Asphaltic Wearing Course, Asphaltic Base Course, TST, Aggregate Base Course, Sub Base and all Embankment Layers, Curb Stones, Tuff Tile &Pavers.
• Sewerage Systems, Water supply systems, Storm water drains.
  Electrical Foundation, Electrical cables and networks.
• Laying Compound under Ground services.
  Worked on Over Head water Tanks, Underground Tanks & Boundary Walls.
• Assist in making any changes to construction design to make project more feasible and eco friendly.
• Responsible for ensuring that project meets all environment and construction laws and does not violate same in any case.
• Assist in maintenance of the Project getting required approvals & etc.
• Assist in Project Planning, Implementation, Supervision.
  Drafting reports and Schedules.
• Responsible for effective maintenance of Project both preventive and corrective.
• Assist in maintenance planning and implementation of same to avoid accidents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend and Manage Internal & External coordination meetings
  with all departments and take decisions accordingly.
• Delivering workshops to enable project team to calibrate.
• Interface with Project Engineers, Architect, and Managers .
• Before implementation Resolve all the quarries and issues after
  the comments of all departments responsible & get their final
  approval.
• Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines, trade
  partners, clients, and project engineers on coordination issues
  and model development tasks.
• Ensure all designs are in accordance with relevant
  standards and approved by relevant local authority.
• Contributing to effective functioning of team by
  identifying with and participating in attainment of team
  objectives, communicating, and sharing knowledge.
• Scheduling, Coordination, and Monitoring of assigned
  Projects.
• Ensuring compliance to HSE, QA/QC, Project timeline,
  Applicable codes & standards, Performance standards and
  Specifications, Productivity, and Cost Control, Representing the
  Company in meetings with Clients, Architects, and Services
  Consultants, Design Coordination, and Assure timely supplies at
  Projects.
• Detection of Interference/clash severity matrix.
