1) Branch Banking Operations:

• Plan, strategize, manage & improve the functions relating to branch banking operations and team.
• To ensure smooth operation and complaint free delivery of customer services in branches with in respective Region.
• Implementation of excellent customer service culture at branches;
• To oversee branch audit and review the audit categories of the branches and implement corrective measures to improve branch Audit categories.
• Responsible to visit each branch on regular basis as per bank visit policy.
• To ensure timely rectification of all irregularities pointed out in SBP/Internal (Regular/Surprise) and external inspections, ensure rectifications of irregularities notified in Compliance Report.
• To ensure implementation of effective security arrangements for both technical and physical at branches as per approved policy / Government requirement
• To ensure effective Housekeeping and maintenance at branches and readiness of branches opening as per Annual branch expansion plan and as per Business Continuity Plan.
• To ensure implementation of Man Power Plan, transfer/posting orders, mandatory leave plans, relieving arrangements and annual evaluation of staff in timely manner as per HRG policy.
• To ensure availability of staff for smooth branch operation.

• Supervision and Authorization of all general banking transactions
• Compliance of all established policies and procedures of SBP, internal control and other regulatory requirements.
• Audit rectification of all audit observations
• Cost management of branch expenses within the assigned budget.
• Effective Cash management as per assigned CIPL.
• Motivate and guide branch staff to improve quality of service
• Coordination of operation and business to achieve branch assigned targets
• Processing of Deceased Cases.
• Management of Zakat (Processing/Refunds) and Coordination of BOP.
• Complaint Management and Coordination with CMU.

• MTO of 2011 batch.
• CD In-charge supervision of all the cash vouchers/transactions
• Account opening, Scanning and rectification of discrepancies  Clearing and Bills for collection
• Inputting of transfer & online vouchers/entries.
• Cheque book & ATM issuance and record management
• Issuance of DD/T.T./Allied Banker Cheque (ABC)/Deposit At Call/ etc.
• Locker’s operations, lockers assignment, locker surrendering etc.
