JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan, execute, and monitor projects using Primavera P6.
• To lead and supervise site engineer, supervisor and assign their respective tasks.
• To submit monthly progress report to project manager using EVM (Earned Value Analysis) technique.
• To extract quantity take offs such as BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and preparing IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates).
• To communicate and keep update about any changes in construction drawings and circulate all updates to my subordinates.
• To communicate directly with the clients about progress of projects.

Name of Project: Reconstruction of Soil Mechanics Laboratory and Office Building.

Client: Sindh Irrigation Department (Sindh Resilience Project) Funded by World Bank.

Consultant: Associated Consulting Engineer (ACE) Limited.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing cost estimates, Bar-bending schedule on MS Excel, Work Program using MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Supervising the site tests like slump test during concrete, Field density test for required compaction and ensuring the site work is done as per construction drawings.
• Assisting project manager in meeting with consultants and clients to discuss the site issues and work progress.
• Assisting project manager in resolving conflicts with consultant and sub-contractors in case of any issue.
• Writing Letters to consultant to address any issue occurs on site in absence of project manager
• Delegating tasks to supervisor and trainee Engineers.
• Ensuring quality of the work as per standards and construction drawings.
