My experience as a Customer Support Agent at Walmart, Co-Convenor of the Youth and Sports Board, and as a PDP intern volunteer has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set that enhances my capabilities in customer service, operational management, and volunteer coordination. At Walmart, I developed strong problem-solving and communication skills by effectively resolving customer issues and building lasting relationships. As Co-Convenor, I honed my organizational and leadership abilities while managing events and optimizing operations for youth and senior programs. My volunteer work involved assisting with daily operations, organizing volunteer records, and coordinating special events, which further strengthened my teamwork and logistical planning skills. Collectively, these experiences position me as a versatile asset, eager to contribute to enhancing customer experiences and driving organizational success in future roles.
As a customer service agent, I was catering to all the Walmart customers' issues in America. It was a night shift, and I gave 9 hours a day to that job. It was a rotational shift, so I sometimes worked on weekends too. I learned computer skills and communication skills through this job, and now I can fluently and confidently cater to any customer, whether angry or not.
