• Accountable for design and delivery of bespoke and differentiating health, safety and wellbeing leadership program in alignment with the company's purpose, strategy and culture.
• Development and content management of internal channels for Jamshoro plant business unit.
• Ensuring local initiatives and projects are thoughtfully and successfully communicated to employees connecting to company’s strategy.
• Promote, solicit, and administrate Employee Participation Schemes (KAIZEN, QCC & Six Sigma) for workplace improvements.
• Monitoring Operational Excellence roadmap align with Site's priority.

• Overseeing technical staff and complete projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to specifications.
• Address customers queries with on time solutions.
• Ensure good communication with all stakeholders and engage all key stake holders throughout the project.

• Manage new and ongoing satellite and fiber projects.
• Design functional and technical design specifications with engineering teams.
• Define, prioritize and complete all tasks as per agreed project plan.
• Identify new development areas and initiatives to increase efficiency in project handling.

• Field Operations KPIs Analysis.
• Improve control on Preventive and Corrective maintenance by vendor & sub contractor’s measures.
