Managing local procurement of after-sales spare parts for 4W/2W

• Conduct daily follow-ups with suppliers to maintain stock levels and resolve vendor queries
• Create inbound entries, invoice parking, and GRN on SAP.
• Analyze the demand for critical parts using BI (Business Intelligence) software.
• Prepare daily reports of In-House received parts on Excel.
• Organize and structure data for spare parts of newly launched vehicles.
• Update and maintain VOR (Vehicle off Road) data on Excel.
• Generate orders for showroom using SAP.

• Creating Material Requisition (MR), Purchase Requisition (PR), and Good Receive Note (GRN) on SAP.
• Procuring material and negotiating with vendors.
• Monitoring and maintaining sales record of clinics on MS Excel.
• Managing In-House software system (AEGIS) containing clinic, patient, and product data.
• Uploading and evaluating inventory on AEGIS.
• Executed Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as event planning and exhibitions for clinics.
• Coordinating with Marketing agency for the media plan strategy implementation.
