Organizational Surveys: Lead ‘Lean Culture Survey’ with over 3000 (executives & non-executives) and ‘Employee Engagement Survey’ (1500 executives), designed interventions and action planning process, resulting in a 15% increase in overall employee engagement scored.


HR Digitalization: Led the project of LMS, migrating from traditional classroom-based training to a digital learning platform, resulting in a 40% cost reduction, increased accessibility, and a 30% increase learning engagement with digital training content.


HR Digitalization: As a business lead, conceptualized and led the project of i-connect for over 2200 employees. i-connect is an ‘internal communication and employee engagement’ mobile app. This app helps in centralized & reliable one-way and two-way communication. All the communications are measurable.
