Team Leader - Business Development
- Supervision and mentoring of Business Development Officers to achieve deposit and cross-sell targets.
- Driving new customer acquisition and retail deposit mobilization growth.
- Planning and executing deposit mobilization strategies for Sharia-compliant liability products.
- Coordinating with Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager on sales targets and performance.
- Assigning, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of individual and team sales objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Implementing sales management practices including briefs, huddles, and call reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines, AML regulations, and bank policies.
- Conducting BTL activities and regular training sessions to strengthen team performance.
