Summary

Seasoned Banking professional with broad-based experience encompassing, Credit Risk, Investment Banking, Project Financing, Monitoring & Restructuring, Capital Markets, Regulatory & Internal Compliance and Report Writing. Over thirty years' experience with DFIs, Commercial Banks and NBFIs. After MBA from IBA, Karachi I jointed National Development Finance Corporation then a leading DFI. Starting with Project Finance, I worked in Investment Banking, Project Monitoring, Private Energy and Special Assets Divisions of NDFC over the next fifteen years. Subsequent to amalgamation of NDFC with National Bank of Pakistan ("NBP") in 2002 I was among the few executives selected to join NBP on the basis of job performance and reputation for professional dedication and integrity. To gain broaden my professional experience in 2005 I joined a private sector investment bank and subsequently in December 2006 First Credit & Investment Bank Limited as head of Corporate Finance. Since 2012 I have been Pak Brunei Investment Company initially heading Project Monitoring and since January 2021 Credit Risk & Monitoring Department which reviews credit risk of proposals initiated by business units of Pak Brunei as well its subsidiary leasing company and modarbas. Serving as a member of Pak Brunei's Credit, ALCO and Risk Management committees. I have also served as a nominee director on subsidiary companies and borrowers.
