Collaborated with a team in designing electrical and electronic schematics for a BoxBus. It was based on PLCs and python.
Collaborated in a team-based project focused on Verification and Validation (V&V) of level 4 autonomous system, in compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
Conducted a comprehensive study of state-of-the-art verification and validation (V&V) techniques, leveraging academic research to enhance vehicle functional testing processes.
Conducted research in collaboration with a team on advanced Verification & Validation (V&V) methodologies, with particular focus on functional safety requirements for automotive systems, including hazard analysis, risk assessment protocols, and safety integrity level implementations.
Collaborated with the team in the development of comprehensive specification documents for an OEM's complete vehicle rig, detailing hardware, software, physical dimensions, power distribution, and ensuring guidelines for design and implementation. Also Collaborated on project timeline planning and stakeholder analysis.
Visualized test coverage and project progress through interactive dashboards in Power BI, enabling better decision-making for safety and system engineers. This allowed for real-time insights and interactive dashboards, aiding in the study and decision-making process.
I contributed to the development of charging Hardware-in-the-Loop system rig, designed for BEV Technology focusing on testing of AC charging, DC charging. This project was based on VT system and required customize panels and CAPL scripting within CANoe.
I also got the opportunity to work on the schematics and PCB layout for a Fault Injection Unit (FIU) used in a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rig. The FIU incorporates an onboard STM32 microcontroller, IO expander, and amplifiers for precise and controlled injections of faults.
